How to Bring a Trade Show Into Your Client’s Living Room
We got creative to help our client (Airxcel) showcase new products in a vibrant, comfortable, and safe way during the pandemic restrictions of 2020. Instead of designing traditional trade show materials, we went virtual for this trade show idea! Our creative team produced a 360º virtual trade show that RV OEMs and aftermarket suppliers could experience from the comfort of their coziest couch.
Customers walked virtually through the show floor and stopped at various booths to see new products in Airxcel’s lineup. Airxcel product managers highlighted the features and benefits of product solutions that add convenience, comfort, and luxury to today’s motorhomes.
Behind-the-scenes challenges brought out our best solutions-driven creativity. We used a 360º camera to string together a near-reality experience for show visitors. Our web developer coded the virtual show video to live directly on Airxcel’s website. Product manager presentations, PDFs and custom icons placed throughout the video gave the viewer a complete introduction to products they wanted to see.
Our ingenuity and resourcefulness saved our client headaches, hassles and high costs of producing their own video. Not only did they avoid the expense of purchasing cameras, software and services, they own a custom video that can live on the Airxcel website indefinitely.
Customer tuned in, toured the floor and placed their orders for upcoming RV models. We think they even brought their own popcorn.
