We are excited to share our latest project! Tomorrow on October 3rd, one of our newest clients, Heart City Health, will host Heart Beat of the City, a Covid safe, live music fest in four locations throughout the city of Elkhart.
This 4-hour concert will be produced at Elkhart’s RV Hall of Fame, the Northern Indiana Events Center, on three stages and in front of a very limited audience. The four musical acts will be live streamed to three jumbotron mobile screens at parking lots located at Elkhart High School West Campus (previously Memorial High School) on the northwest side of the city, Elkhart High School East Campus (previously Elkhart Central) near downtown, and at Pierre Moran Middle School on the south side of Elkhart.
These locations provide area residents and visitors to drive in, park at a distance from others, tailgate and watch the live concert in a safe, festival atmosphere for no charge. People will also be able to watch the live event free from their own internet-connected devices on the events website, heartbeatmusicfest.org.
Heart City Health is very involved in our local community. Just like the rest of the country, they were impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. We brainstormed a way to help them reach out and serve the community after they had to cancel their biggest annual event. Considering the facts that almost all community festivals were canceled, safety was an utmost priority, we needed the event to work as a fundraiser, we landed on a brand-new community wide and Covid safe event. What we were pleased with as well is that this music fest will provide some sense of relief in our community, following the many challenges the pandemic has instigated.
Since 1993, Heart City Health has been providing medical services to people throughout the city of Elkhart and neighboring communities, serving people regardless of their ability to pay.
“This year, we’re bringing the healing power of music to people throughout our community,” said CEO and President of Heart City Health, Esleen Fultz.
